In what many see as a ‘maverick’ kind of legal maneuver, Trump and his last minute legal team are planning a rather risky strategy for the ex-President’s second impeachment trial. Rather than rely on a defense based on reasoned argument or building up a case of various things the President has said which indicate he is not the type to lead his supporters into violent behavior, apparently little of which could be found, The Trump Team is going for a more TV-theater approach. It is said Trump intends to call thousands of suprise witnesses to the stand in his defense, to storm the senate and put on such a spectacular show that the government jurors are simply wowed by the display. We shall see if this gimmicky ploy will change hearts and minds. It will take a lot of showmanship, and perhaps some will improvise some scenery for skits, apparently very much in a gallows humor spirit. The President has had his success at maintaining a following by upping the ante and keeping his rowdy followers entertained, so the American people will expect nothing less than a fully explosive display.
Sources? I don’t like the man, but I wouldn’t mind knowing where you got your information from.

Ahah…I see. It’s definitely the sort of thing Trump would do though.
