Wondering what the right wing imbalanced supreme court is really debating right now… to decide whether to play to the Trump/GOP base or make a decision based on some implications like ‘if the government can’t make rules for businesses they fund on the grounds of safety… what are we giving up in the future that we actually care about controlling’
Although one could argue with this court. either setting or maintaining precedence is not as much of a concern, since they are likely just a rogue entity henceforth.
