Overheard a 5 year old in her appointment as I was in the next office talking to the person working on her teeth. The dentist assistant talking to the kids mentioned ‘my husband’ when she was talking about how the kid likes to chew on ice cubes, ‘so does my husband and I yell at him about it all the time!” So, if this dentist assistant has a wife rather than a husband, as a woman, how likely is it a person feels emboldened to try to get the person fired if they want to ‘protect’ their child from knowing gay people exist? Should people not be allowed to mention they are gay at work?
Seriously asking, what is the line?
